Sinktips & Cheaters

Sink tips are weighted tips designed to get your fly down beneath the surface at different depths. These tips are 15' in length and come in diferent sink rates from Intermediate, Type III, Type VI, and Type VIII. These tips are designed to be used with Spey and Skagit style lines.

Cheaters vary in length from 2'6" to 10' in length and are designed to be added to Skagit lines. The purpose of a cheater is to achieve the correct length Skagit line for a particular rod. Skagit cheaters are usually used on rod on 13'6" or longer in length.
