Nautilus Info: All NV reels feature titanium drag shafts, and are loaded with the latest technology in high performance ceramic micro bearings; and since ceramics and titanium are impervious to the elements, you are guaranteed to spend less time worrying and more time fishing. Furthermore, the reels feature a “thrust bearing to thrust bearing” drag design for effortless cranking resistance under any load, ensuring the smoothest line retrieval of any reel on the market. Using titanium and ceramics has allowed us to downsize components, increase the drag surface by over 75%, and still decrease the overall weight without sacrificing the fighting class qualities that are the hallmark of our products.

Every week we receive calls from customers with special requests, usually in the form of custom colors or custom engravings. As a result we are offering cutom colored reels that can be special ordered from your local dealers. Available colors are Deep Electric Blue, Violet, Pink, Gold, Moss Green, Blood Red and Titanium (standard color on the FW series). We recommend that if you choose to order a custom reel, you order a spare spool at the same time to ensure a proper color match. Colors will vary between batches, and ordering the reel and spare spool together is the only way to guarantee a perfect match. Typically custom color orders will take 2 weeks, but in some cases as much as 2 months, depending on specific model avaialability. Price for all colors is the same: Reel Price + $100.00 for reel, + Spool price +$50 .00 for spare spool. Example: FW5 in Green = $295.00 + $100.00, Spare Spool in Green = $135.00 + $50.00. We will also laser engrave your name on any reel we manufacture, and also perform custom work such as corporate logos on nameplates and multi-color splash anodizing.
